Buffy the Vampire Slayer Classic #29: Haunted

It seems the ghost of Sunnydale's former Mayor, Richard Wilkins, wants revenge against The Slayer. Buffy must now cope with guilt over stabbing Faith _and_ a poltergeist following her every movement.
