Every man wants to last longer in bed. We want to be able to please our women, consistently and effortlessly without being worried of “coming too soon.” Yet when we say we want to last longer, we don’t necessarily mean having hours-on-end sex sessions that are commonly witnessed in porn (although some men might). What we want is the ability to please our partner before we come, and have complete control over when we come. And they are perfectly attainable goals!

This usually brings up two questions: how long does it take for women to come, and how men can achieve complete control over our sexual performance before we ejaculate. The common reality over the first query may be a little disheartening. While it takes the average woman 10-20 minutes to reach orgasm, the average man can only maintain intercourse for two to three minutes. Even worse, 20-30% of men have trouble maintaining intercourse for over one minute. It is no wonder that most men are finding it hard to please women in bed.

However, there is good news. Having complete control over when we come is absolutely within everyone’s reach. How do I know? I’ve been there. I have had premature ejaculation issues, and I refuse to accept this “reality”. I proceeded to try everything, and research everything there is to know about boosting my sexual performance. There are three aspects that greatly affect your ability to last longer in bed: physical, mental, and technical. All three of them can absolutely be improved, and they complement each other in deciding how long you will last in bed.

The physical aspect is your maximum potential in lasting longer in bed. It takes into account your fitness level, your hormonal levels and nutrient intake, the strength of your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, your stamina, etc. This aspect is fairly obvious and intuitive, however some men may not know where to even begin to improve their physical attributes and achieve maximum potential. Simple as you think it may be, you will find the complete guide in my book and ensure that you miss nothing in your sex improvement regime, be it through physical conditioning, training, and even your daily intake.

The mental aspect is equally as important because your mentality is the limiter of your performance. Simply put, the wrong mental aspect will prevent you from achieving your maximum potential, what your physical ability is actually capable of doing. Having the right mental attitude while approaching sex, however, will allow you to perform as men are intended to be: being able to completely control yourself and please your woman.

While the mental aspect is the limiter to your performance, the technical aspect is the multiplier. The right techniques employed during sex can greatly extend how long you last in bed, as well as make your woman come faster. While it is unwise to highlight which of the three aspects are most important, the technical aspect is most likely the area where you can improve the most immediately. Better yet, employing the right technique will give you the confidence you need and simultaneously boost the mental aspect of your game in bed.
