Red Snow, Lt. Joe Novelli, Homicide 19

It was the second murder of two women in two months in the small town of, Olney and the first one hadn't been solved. Sergeant Loretta Meir swore she could find the killer, but with the city council pressing, Captain Aaron Wells reaches out to, Springfield for a homicide investigator. Lt. Joe Novelli arrives in town and what he sees if very disturbing. It seems that someone has botched up the investigations on purpose. Who but someone on the department would do this and why? What did these women have in common? The first one was the wife of a doctor, the second was his girlfriend after his wife's death. Was someone trying to set this doctor up as a killer, or was someone getting revenge?
