Strange Short Stories and Novellas

Each character in each story, short or long, is faced with a dilemma that seems out of their control. From Child, trapped in a "wrong body" and Tom trapped in a bathroom by his "crazy mother" (not to mention his own crumbling mind), to another world where a vulnerable boy is enslaved by evil Gypsies and a seemingly robotic test subject starts to lose control of his unemotional facade. These creatures are struggling to find ways out of their predicaments - and many succeed...even by extreme means...
