Dr. Tatum and Seth begin their journey to Three Rivers, California, only to find themselves stranded in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Crush and Pound have not returned from their adventure at Scalus Mountain, and with the reluctant help of an agent of the nemesis organization, STUN, Dr. Tatum and Seth must find a way to survive the deadly wilderness of western California.
