In the Dead of Night

Harvey Plains is an honorable man, a homicide detective, caught in a corrupt justice system. The last straw is a solid heinous murder case that is thrown out of court. He gets a proposition to work on a tropical island against those same people. He is pragmatic, and sees a way to handle the problem in both places.
