This is a book of poetry, written for children, in response to their exploration of the world around them. Things we take for granted such as a dog’s bark and the flight of a butterfly, are new discoveries for little children, and we can sense them afresh again and again in a child’s sigh, a shriek of delight, or a bright smile.
