rick is shocked to discover his wife samantha has fantasies of tying up and sitting on men's faces. they agree to see a counsellor, sandra, to work out the problem. councelling turns into coercion as samantha and rick soon explore her fantasies, each more intese and extreme than the last. rick learns that a door once open can't always be closed, especially if samantha wants to keep it open.
