Jake's Financial Transformation

This is a short story about Jake. Jake's only talent is making his wages disappear soon after he's paid. His resume would include Immature, Aimless, and Spendthrift. At the behest of his older cousin, he begins to create a purpose for himself. Jake experiences a breakthrough and the revelation motivates him to remodel his life. His new opportunities are so positive that he is compelled to pass his life lesson on when he recognizes its limiting effect on another young man's prospects.
