Ten years after Isabel Forthright's desperate battle with the monster Cthulhu described in 'The Touch of Cthulhu' she is heading home to Australia via Egypt. Fortunately Isabel has found two playmates on-board ship — a handsome American magician and his wife — to help keep her amused, and satisfied!

Once the trio arrive in Cairo however they encounter the monster Cthulhu and his bloodthirsty sister Cthylla, and Isabel is fighting for her life, and that of her two lovers, once again.
