Fat Women Need Love Too

Betty is very insecure after she puts on weight and her boyfriend Felix ends their relationship. When Alan, a co-worker professes his love for her, she is suspicious about his true motives and she is not convinced that he really does care about her.
“Many men, especially handsome ones like you are simply never interested in fat women like me. They go for the skinny ones, as I used to be. So please be honest with yourself and ask someone else out. There are many prettier, skinnier women around Alan”, she tells him at one point.
In order to win her heart, Alan must go against all odds to prove to her that the love that he feels for her is genuine.
