The year is 1870 and who does the President of the United States turn to for eliminating dangerous outlaw gangs? President Grant enlists the help of Frank Madsen whose past is just as mysterious as the men he is hunting. Along the way he meets other people he once knew but chose to keep his identity a secret. Will he find and eliminate the outlaws or will he become an outlaw before it is over?
