Charlie and her friend are in trouble with the law, but that doesn't turn out to be such a bad thing. The local cops are very pleased to handle Charlie's punishment themselves. Tied up and locked in a cell, she finds herself at the mercy of two sadistic officers, their chief, and a couple of prisoners in the next cell over. Being bad feels so good.
