Boom!

A ghetto cab driver has his friend's apartment demolished by an incendiary device and is arrested by the FBI for the theft of government property The cab driver knows his friend is innocent and sets out to investigate with the aid of barrio gangland contacts. In the process, he uncovers a Colombian cartel's smuggling scheme involving a new military high explosive and becomes pursued by the cartel's hit men and the law. In an effort to clear himself and his friend, he retaliates, using the incendiaries as weapons of choice. Literally an explosive tale!
