The Beginning

In the beginning, two young people who probably won't be missed are abducted and transferred to a private science facility, owned by the mysterious Colonel Bartlett; a man who has his own ideas on how a perfect world should be run and a vision of his own creation: a human super-force to help him.
When 'Adam' and 'Eve' wake up, they find themselves with new friends, a new life and new 'abilities', personal modifications they would never have dreamed of. These abilities carry them well beyond themselves; they and the team can do all the good they could ever want to.
In every Eden, though, there is a serpent. Can good intentions override bad? Will the super-force outwit the invading darkness before it beats them? Or will Adam and Eve, with the rest of the team, find themselves cast out of their own paradise?
