Where is the Money Coming From

People who may wish to invest in stocks may feel they have no money with which to do this. Obviously, there is a problem here that needs to be solved. This book addresses the topic with several ideas taken from two books I wrote in the past, one being published in 1969 and the other in 2007. Both chapters are still valid.
