In the Garden of Broken Things

In an ancient city left in ruins after a lengthy civil war, two men are looking for hidden secrets that might help them get their hearts' desires. But the secret they discover is a very powerful one, and the person they choose to hand it over to is a greedy, ambitious warlord whose plans could mean disaster for the whole country. The two men begin to realize they might be in over their heads.
