This is for those readers who do not know how to put their thoughts into words. This is for those who want their family and friends to understand what they are going through but don't want to, or don't know how to say what they are feeling and need someone to say it for them. This is written to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. This was written from the darkest pits of my heart, it has taken me years to compile and I have finally pulled together the best and worst of my poetry and put it together because if it changes even one life, I have changed enough.
