Musings of a Bipolar Mind- Volume 3

Volume 3 is a mixture of happy, sad and loving poetry. I created these because they are an ode to the ebb and flow of life. Life isn't a straight journey, but rather a curvy road we all traverse. This is my final instalment in my Musings of a Bipolar Mind series! These poems show the finale to a long journey towards finding oneself in the lengthy road towards maintaining a healthy mind, body and soul, especially when struggling with mental illness. It isn't always easy juggling love, family, school and trying to balance finding who you are. This world can be a cruel place, but when you learn to find the best in people and allow yourself to be the best you can be, it can be a beautiful place.
