No matter how short you life is or long, if you sit down and think about it, you'll realize that you can remember some things better than others.
To the teenager, think about the last year of school and summer vacation. What do you remember? What don't you remember until reminded by someone else, a story, or picture. Now you may consider what I'll write later.
To the senior adult from age eighteen to seventy. Look back on your life. Had any great successes? Had any failures? Have you had any of your decisions cause a disaster in your life or those you loved? I have.
To those over seventy. Looking back may be a pleasure, or painful. What your decisions involved is a complicated portion of your life and you probably didn't see the end results for months, years, or even decades later. To you I say, try this journal format, and tell your children, grandchildren, and even your great-grandchildren about it and suggest that they read this and try it.
