Astral Projection for Beginners

Astral projection or astral travel is an out-of-body experience (OBE) which is achieved either in an awake state or by way of lucid dreaming or deep meditation. People have experienced astral projection often say that their spirit or astral body left their physical body and moved in another dimension which is known as the spirit world or astral plane. The concept of astral projection has been around and practiced for thousands of years. It dates back to ancient China. It is presently often associated with the New Age movement.
