When hotheaded Cuban bandleader Dicky Delgado is accused of murdering his ditzy redheaded wife Lilly, it’s up to defense attorney Barry Bason to get him off, with the assistance of his beautiful secretary, Ella Rhodes, and handsome private eye Saul Trake -- and a rumpled LAPD homicide detective named Larry Palumbo.
