Mary Pickins Home Economist

Mary Pickins was the financial manager at the home she shared with her husband, William. She made sure the couple had sufficient money to pay bills and to make major purchases. She knew that the family needed to start an investment program but William was not greatly interested in this project. This was a problem but she was able to start one with the introductory remark that she had stolen the money.
