It Gets Used

How long have I been lying here, my hands and feet wrenched behind me, tied?

Long enough that every part of me hurts, muscles in stretched agony, flesh burning where the ropes cut into me, jaw sobbing from being wedged open. I crane my neck to look at them, begging with my eyes and little squeals that make saliva ooze around the huge ball.
