Hi, my name is Paige and I have been a Vegetarian since 1991. That was back in the day when all that you could find to eat was shop bought Cauliflower Cheese, Macaroni Cheese, or Stuffed Peppers if you were lucky! Fast forward twenty-odd years or so, and the range has vastly improved, but, in my opinion, nothing tastes quite so good as, home cooked, fresh Vegetarian food.
