My book is my journey, it is a journey of survival, from a diagnosis of manic depression at the tender age of 18 years old, it is an expression of my feelings though poetry..My book is my journey, it is a journey of survival, from a diagnosis of manic depression at the tender age of 18 years old, it is an expression of my feelings though poetry. My diagnosis of manic depression at the tender age of 18, left me in a whirl wind of emotions I could not fathom out. My beautiful Auntie Jennie died at this tender age, and sparked off my need to express my emotions through words. This expression of words will carry on till i leave this earth, and i wanted to leave something to show to others that there is survival after being labelled at such an important age.
