In the original timeline, Brad presses on in order to help humanity liberate itself from the subtle domination of the alien intruders. However, it might all be in vain as the aliens launch a surprise attack on a defenseless world, forcing his wife, President Keen, to consider the ultimate decision that could condemn humanity to extinction.
