The Heart Sings Love

Back in 1998 when I first began courting the wonderful and beautiful woman that I now call my wife I decided to channel my inner marshmallow. With that in mind I gathered all of the sap and cheese I could muster and began writing her poems. First, to reel her in and then to keep her on the hook. With a tongue in cheek doggerel style I applied pen to paper and began writing the poems you will find on the pages that follow. Using sincere and heartfelt emotions with some moments of spontaneous humor, I wound a tapestry of words so compelling that she actually married me and has continued to be at my side ever since.
