Downtown Hattiesburg, Mississippi: Moonset Views -- 16 & 17 Oct 2016

I have been taking early morning walks in the downtown area of Hattiesburg for decades, observing the environment through my mind's eye.
On my early morning walks on October 16 and 17 of 2016, I was amazed at the light show performance as the moonset met the sunrise. At first, the moonset was the only source of light, which in some cases was augmented by artificial light sources. Toward the end of my walks, the light of daybreak and later sunrise merged with the moonlight before the large moon neared the horizon line and finally disappeared.
