Obesity epidemic is peaking all over the Planet.
Dieting is proposed as main treatment for it.
If in the case of morbid obesity this is almost the only choice;
many people resort to continuous restriction in nutrition without other than esthetic reasons for it.
Thus hundred years of dieting, which result from this philosophy;
are much more deleterious to human health than obesity itself.
My booklet aims at proposing an incentive for discussion of this topic.
