Born in California, Steve Moore reversed the adage Go west, young man, spending twelve years in South America before settling in Massachusetts. His training as a mathematician and physicist and his interest in robotics, genetics, and scientific ethics are evident in this techno-thriller. He and his wife, who supports his many idiosyncrasies with infinite patience, now make their home in venerable Concord where the American experiment began.
