With her husband, Leslo, and her friend, Officer Marcus Macera at her side, she works to come up with a plan to rid the city of Houston from the Ginger Killer, the human traffickers who take men, women, and children to be their slaves in the sex trade or on the off-shore oil rigs, and take down James Ross, who she is sure is behind it all.
