Uncertain Hearts

Since his mother had died, nineteen year old Trip Brewster was on his own. His mother wanted him to stay in Hereford, Texas where he was raised. But Trip had found a certified letter from a lawyer in California in his mother’s personal things. It was from his father’s family. He had never met his father’s family; neither had his mother. When his father was killed in the Viet Nam War, his mother, a proud southern woman chose to raise Trip by herself. Now that he was alone with an inheritance should he stay in Hereford where everything is familiar and comfortable? Or should he go to California, meet family he doesn’t know and experience the unknown of aerospace engineering and the space program which his father’s family is involved in?
