These stories reach to the core of what we as people fight against within ourselves. Things that some of us hate about ourselves but that others often can't even see.

In "Lonely Box" Jarris is a ruined man, left with nothing but himself and his thoughts. When a mysterious box appears on his doorstep Jarris must decide whether or not he will let these thoughts consume him.

"The Scams of the Father" is the story of Harvey Carter, the estranged son of a deceased circus conman, returning to the circus to honor his father's last will and testament. He confronts the life of crime that raised him head on in the form of a disgruntled bearded lady.

Our final story "A Drinking Game" brings us a modern day retelling of the Japanese legend "Susanoo and Orochi". In this tale Obara Kaoru is a drifter has made it his business to protect a family from the a gang leader who intends to break their family apart.
