NOBODY likes the new President of the United States.
High level opponents have a trump card, a shadowy assassin known as The Contractor. He delivers. He has never failed.
So they hire him. To kill an elected President.
And demolish the White House.
Simple as that.
When the Contractor hits a target, the target stays hit.
