The Book of Their Love (Infamously) Part Two

Part One revealed that Carrie is infatuated with David. It's her desire for him, not money or the company's petty blackmail attempts, that keeps Carrie at PX. How strong is her infatuation?
But playing along with PX's extreme sex games and role playing requires extreme submission. PX, which is run day to day by the sadistic Ms. Susan and Ms. Doris, seeks to dominate Carrie completely, to grind down her resistance. Carrie experiences female domination; diet, bathroom and dress control; public display and humiliation; and forced exercise. She's made to carry a work-issued cell phone, which is both a symbol of status inside PX and an oppressive electronic monitor.
Trying to blend into PX's sadomasochistic culture, Carrie worries that the required obedience seems limitless. David is an expensive passion in terms of her loss of personal freedom and the risk to her conventional life with her husband and child.
Carrie is concerned that David may not be attainable in a conventional sense. PX gives him access to a harem of beautiful women who have no sexual limits. The willingness of the other PX girls to submit to his every whim causes Carrie to question whether she can be "bad" enough to win him. And David is in no hurry to be won. How far is Carrie willing to go?
With regard to her family, at the start of Part One Carrie's husband Brad is in a slump – out of work, out of shape, and maybe out of love with his wife. Brad reminisces about how their relationship used to be, when they were young and hopeful, and the only thing that mattered was their passion for each other.
Brad is having trouble reconciling those memories with where they are now. Carrie is a serial cheater, and her last lover died suspiciously. Some people, including the cops, think Brad may know something about the lover's death.
By the end of Part One Brad thinks something stinks about Carrie's new job. He doesn't trust the person who referred Carrie to PX, her friend Drew. Brad suspects he's been cucked again, but isn't ready yet to pack it up and check out of his marriage.
Part One also reveals that Carrie has a stalker. A man going by his customary online user name, Fanboi, went to school with her and continues to be watch her. At the start of Part One, Fanboi is excited to learn Carrie is joining PX. He has some past experience with PX and David, not all positive, and knows that his photo collection of Carrie will soon be completed with lots of hardcore.
Part Two of the book focuses on the continued remaking of Carrie by PX and David. In Part Two Brad will learn more and may wish he hadn't, as David and PX continue to tighten their control over his wife. Fanboi's initial enjoyment of Carrie's total exposure and degradation at PX may sour. And Carrie will have decisions to make. Will she continue trying to be the perfect submissive for David, or is there something else in her future?
