Perks of Being a Zeta: A Gender Swap Story

Nick was hesitant about participating in Greek rush. Through the whole ordeal, he debated whether he wanted to be part of a fraternity at all, but when he spends some time at the Zeta house, he catches a glimpse of a different type of fraternity. His friend and roommate, Luther, was over the moon about joining Zeta. When Zeta accepts Nick and denies Luther, both must face a tough choice of how they want to go forward. Zeta has a way of greasing the wheels as they send Nick to a sister sorority which shares some bizarre secrets with Zeta. Nick struggles to understand as he steps head first into a world of sex and mystery.
