Plotting a prison break puts Billy on the road to super-villainy: under the guise of Doctor Anonymous, he sets out to teach the world his name.

Against him stand arrayed a cast of demented villains and dysfunctional heroes, all apparently more concerned with sex than either saving or conquering the world.
