When a PhD biochemistry major finds out his dad has been killed in Iraq, he decides that action is required to get the rest of the U.S. troops out of that war. He starts a terrorist campaign against the U.S. government, based loosely on the plagues that Moses used to get the Hebrews released from captivity in Egypt.

He is the FBI's worst nightmare - a domestic terrorist trained in developing weapons of mass destruction, and crazy enough to use those bugs and toxins on Congress and the Executive Branch.

Can the FBI stop him before he kills again?
