Citizens: City of Charming V

Tara reflects on the changes to her life as she accepts her role in Charming. Kurt, still dazed by the changes, returns home with his new friend Marie. Tara convinces both of them to accept Charming for all its perks as the three of them become permanent citizens of Charming.
