When the ghostly-looking Louis Syffere arrives in Wellhead, the townsfolk are immediately suspicious of his intentions. The town has recently witnessed a number of deadly gunfights between gangs of outlaws and bounty hunters and, keen to rid themselves of further trouble-makers, the townsfolk take the law into their own hands.
