Planes, Cars and Stars is a satire of galactic proportions. Tracy and Hippocrates ("Hippy") travel to the strange world of Amriff-Arret with Kurtiz, an intergalactic dandy. There, they discover that a 'sibling' planet of Earth is ruled by Mammon the Supercomputer and The Little Red Can Company.
