The Fabulous T-4

Phil Riggins, a troubled boy living in poverty, walks uneasily into his psychiatrist's office to take part in an experimental form of therapy. All he has to do is have the new device called the "T-4" connected to himself, fall asleep, and the machine does the talking for him. It ends up telling the doctor and the world far more than he'd ever care to know.
