DESIRES THAT BE by Shiela Denise Scott is a novel collection of five short stories venturing into issues such as LGBTQ, infidelity, drug abuse, emotional abuse, love, and multi-cultural relations. "Sunken Rewards" is about a newlywed couple establishing future memories of each other and self by taking a historic trip deep down under.
"Love lets go" is a multi-cultural story about a female whom was previously separated from her teenage love. She returned to the area where she grew up only to discover the love of her life had a child by another teenage love affair. A love that he was still in.
