A janitor assistant at a hospital finds an obsolete brain analyzer hidden away in an unknown cellar room. When he then tries to appropriate a part of it, he is knocked out by an electrical short cut. When he then awakes, he discovers himself trapped in a new body, in another country, and of the other gender.
