Serrah has lived alone in quarantine since a virus brought from a crashed spaceship almost destroyed her community. Popular belief is that it was intentional and in the years since, communication with those believed responsible have been borderline impossible. But left mostly alone, Serrah has developed other ideas. And with the crash of a mysterious object she might just begin to understand what is happening.
