Different Drum

A former spy is dying and his stolen files may come to light. His unfortunate brother must deal with the government agenst that wnat these files. A self-redicalized American gets involved in a plane hijacking. These plot elements come together in unusual and entertaining ways, indeed showing they march to a different drum.
