Murder and Mayhem

When Rosie is diagnosed with a particularly aggressive form of breast cancer Bethany travels from her home in Sydney, Australia, to San Francisco to take care of her sister.
To take Rosie’s mind off the unpleasant side effect of the treatment Bethany decides to write a murder mystery novel.
What ensues is a witty tale of the sister’s writing the book; the characters in the book; and the people in the hospital waiting room who think the sisters are plotting murder.
