William was not a good man. He was certainly not a ladies man. Few had shown any attraction for him and he grew more and more frustrated. He even married an older woman but she did not really like him and to him she was only a woman to have sex with when he had the desire. Then something like magic happened, he discovered that if he was friendly to some ladies, friendly enough, and had the opportunity, he gained enough courage to slip them a date rape drug. If it was planned well enough her was able to have several women that he wanted. It had worked several times before but things changed when Carrie Ann became one of his victims.
