The Altar of Fate

In the first decade of the 21st Century, the authorities are waging war against the spread of illegal drugs in an ultra-violent, dystopian San Francisco. Two emotionally damaged Detectives Laura DeGarmo and Johnny Danko search for common ground, while around them sinister forces are working to bring down the system and usher in a radical new order. As the city burns, Laura and Johnny face a desperate fight for survival with only the strength of the human spirit standing against injustice and terror.

Conceived and written in 1991, 'The Altar of Fate' is set in an imagined future that is fast receding in a fractured rear view mirror.
